About the Anodized Finish: You can expect some subtle variation in the anodized finish. Anodizing is a food safe surface conversion finish, where the color becomes part of the aluminum rather than sitting on top like paint. Subtle variations in tone and how fine details appear are a natural part of the process, especially on highly detailed designs. The detail remains intact, but may appear darker in recessed areas.
